My car quit when I was heading to work. Within a short time of my car arriving at Stop n Go, diagnostic tests were run. Todd phoned me at work, carefully and slowly explained what was wrong, estimated the cost & what needed to be done to get my car on the road and and what could be left to do in a short time.When I arrived to pick up the car, the customer service could not have been better - both Jen & Todd introduced themselves, explained the invoice. And the price was $100 less than expected. When the emergency light wouldn't go out, Todd had it on the hoist in minutes, fixed it and I was off.Warmest Thanks.
