This is not your usual garage. In my case, simple e-test. My regular mechanic recommended these guys as I'm in Burlington and he's Hamilton and couldn't accommodate my schedule to get this in time and he has referred several people here. Walking in, people are happy, not just trying to be to be polite to customers but actually happy, customers too. I watched several transactions and people not frustrated, annoyed, etc to get $1200 - $1800 bills as is the norm I've seen elsewhere and everyone joking as they go about their business. It's like everyone was family to them. To my issue, 4:30 appt, walked in 1m ahead of schedule, several people being processed by the person at the front desk, politely asked to wait a few minutes while he finished the few ahead of me, however, in 2 minutes, someone asks if I'm the e-test. I say yes, so he ask for keys. Was told 30m and in 20m, I'm on my way. The place is amazingly clean for any business, never mind a garage - even the washrooms. The waiting room is comfy, current magazines to read. The shop is spotless, you can actually see through the windows. Better than most dealerships I've been in. I commented to one of the staff and he was happy I told him that. If my mechanic wasn't so good, I would definitely make this my shop.
