After being letdown and having my Mechanic disappear without notice I was having a hard time finding a company that I could trust with my vehicle maintenance and repairs. My mum has had a couple of her e-tests done with stop and go and had suggested trying them out. I was hesitant at first because there are a lot of dishonest employees in the automotive industry. I am thrilled to say not only are the employees professionals they are very knowledgeable and thorough. I am so happy that I gave them a chance, my Subieee has never run better! They make it very easy to understand what is wrong and why with your cars service manual they create and showcase the items that are in need of being replaced and fixed. This was without a doubt a very positive and needed change for me, I highly recommend the Burlington location as they have an amazing team that genuinely cares about your vehicle and their customers.

Went for my drive clean test, considering going to hear for my next oil change, was great service.

1st time client. Took my MDX in for a break job. They recommended only doing the front and not the back as it wasn’t needed. Trust was immediately established. Warm welcome. Liked the text explaining what needs to be done with pictures. On time shuttle service. Client loyalty program with discounts and free roadside service a nice touch. I was pleasantly surprised that they cleaned my car inside and out. Great experience overall.

This was my first visit to Stop-N-Go who I found through an internet search for shops in Burlington and after visiting the facility and meeting with Todd who gave me a very competitive quote on replacement of rear struts, I dropped off my 2015 Forester XT for repairs the next day. I am very satisfied with the work done, and the overall customer experience surpassed my expectations. From precise diagnosis and quotation and punctual shuttle service, to the final checkout process, they were great. My already clean car was vacuumed and washed and looked new and drove like new too. Thanks Don for all the TLC. They kept me updated along the way with pictures of the worn/failed parts, and any suggested routine maintenance, which was reassuring and prevented unpleasant surprises. I will refer them to my friends and colleagues , and will take my wife’s car to them for all future maintenance. Ken

On time and totally as discussed Stop 'n Go has done it again.

First impression of the Stop n Go team (Matt, Todd and Team) their sparkling facility, prompt and friendly shuttle service (thanks Ross!), total service and value was WOW!! After paying $75 at the dealer to diagnose the problem and quoting a new oxygen sensor at almost $500 I called around for quotes. Matt and Todd responded promptly and quoted almost half the cost of the dealer. Brought my car in next day and immediately Matt and team noticed my noisy exhaust leak which they said could be causing the oxygen sensor to not read properly. In the end a simple repair to the exhaust fixed the problem, saved me even more money and no need to replace the oxygen sensor. How the dealer did not make the connection between the exhaust leak and the oxygen sensor failure boggles my mind, especially since the exhaust noise made it so obvious. The icing on Stop n Go cake is the rewards/ roadside assistance/ referral programs they provide and that they cleaned my car inside and out. You would be crazy not to at least call Stop n Go and let them quote your next service/ repair!!!

Great service! Stopngo have taken good care of me for several years. They have been there for me in every emergency and also for regular maintenance etc. I have also appreciated their honesty and patience. Thanks especially to Todd! It costs a little more but is well worth it.
