My car quit when I was heading to work. Within a short time of my car arriving at Stop n Go, diagnostic tests were run. Todd phoned me at work, carefully and slowly explained what was wrong, estimated the cost & what needed to be done to get my car on the road and and what could be left to do in a short time.When I arrived to pick up the car, the customer service could not have been better - both Jen & Todd introduced themselves, explained the invoice. And the price was $100 less than expected. When the emergency light wouldn't go out, Todd had it on the hoist in minutes, fixed it and I was off.Warmest Thanks.

My husband used Stop N Go Automotive Centre for quite a few years. We had a large old marque, and we went there all the time. When he could no longer drive, I wanted a smaller car. I bought a resale at Hyundai and went to Hyundai until my warranty ran out.Now I am back at Stop N Go Automotive because I like them so well. I was there a couple of weeks ago and got quite a bit of work. I am very happy with them. I can trust them 100. They are always so congenial and so helpful when I go in. I enjoy dealing with them.

This was my first time visiting Stop N Go Automotive Centre. My Audi needed a timing belt changed and I wanted to find a dealership alternative. From start to finish, it was an easy and very enjoyable experience. Their staff are all friendly beyond words and their customer service is outstanding! The estimate was prepared quickly and without hassle and all communication was prompt. I needed alternate transportation and I was given a complimentary loaner vehicle which was great! Any time I needed questions answered, Todd was more than happy to respond quickly with the answer and he kept me updated on the progress of the job. When I picked up my car, everything was explained in detail and any questions I had were answered promptly again. The car was spotless when I picked it up! I mean, sure other places have cleaned the outside of the car, but never EVER have I had a dealership vacuum the carpets and wipe the dashboard down like they did. My car actually smelled like it had just been shampooed which was again something I didn't expect! This company values their customer's and their customer's vehicles, and this is something you can tell from the first time you contact them. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone who is needing service in the Burlington area. With service like I received, you won't be disappointed.
