Alloy Wheels at Stop N Go Automotive Services

Matt and Todd have been providing excellent service since I began taking my car to them, at least 6-7 years ago. They are always helpful and thorough with explanations, videos and pictures on why something is needed and what can possibly wait until the next servicing. However, last week, Todd went above and beyond. The battery in my key died so my car wouldn't start. When I explained that I was on my way to a sensitive family matter, he said, "Don't worry I will send someone to you right now to replace the battery." As luck would have it, I didn't even have to wait for anyone to come, because Todd called me back with an immediate solution to pop out the start button and use the key fob manually. Todd's help and support not only solved my immediate problem, but relieved my stress on an extremely stressful day. So much appreciated!

Just recently I had a tire change and service with Stop N Go. A diagnostic was sent to me explaining the work that needed to be done and why. Once I gave my ok to proceed, my car was worked on, done in a timely manner and was returned cleaner inside and out than when I took it in. The front staff are friendly and thorough. I am confident in taking my car there for future work.

I have been going to Stop and Go for a year now. Every time I go I feel I am well looked after whether they are changing the oil, servicing identified concerns or changing my tires. Really great service! I needed my front brakes done and they got me in very quickly at a very fair price. Everything was clear with no surprises, and the job was done really well. They only serviced what was needed and let me know I still have time before my rear brakes need attention. I really appreciate their clarity and honesty. Highly recommend!

Stop N Go to the rescue In Feb 2025. Sourcing parts and getting repairs done quickly on an older vehicle. All went well again. Thumbs up in 2025! Recently had a service done on my son’s car. As usual the work was done very well and professionally. Thanks, Tim. Recent service Dec 2024. Shop got my vehicle in quickly, explained the diagnosis and completed the work quickly and professionally. Thanks again, Tim. April 2025 - Van running quiet and properly again after exhaust and sensor work. Thanks for getting us in quickly and fixing the problems! Tim. May 2025 - Brake work done on van after calliper failure. Stop N Go provided the usual expert service, did the repairs quickly and brakes are fine again. Thanks. May 2025 - Team Stop N Go to the rescue again! Doing emergency diagnoses on sensor warnings, swapping faulty components and getting me back on the road. June 2025 - Thanks again for diagnosing the window issue and getting the parts replaced so quickly! October 2025 - I have a house full of young drivers and a driveway full of old cars. Todd, Matt and the pit crew at Stop N Go do a fantastic job of keeping them all roadworthy. The diagnoses (sometimes dreaded) are on the nose and the repairs are remarkably fast and always solid. The advice on a balance between what is safe and needed and what is economical are always well considered, insightful and welcome. Today, the staff volunteered to put some extra time in on a part that failed right before closing time so that I could have my vehicle for the weekend. All very much appreciated!!! November 2025 - Back to the shop for some seasonal maintenance on CRV. The Stop N Go team took care of it quickly and expertly, as always, at an extremely economical price. Thanks again guys!!

If you haven't been to StopNGo for your car maintenance please try them. I don't think you'll be disappointed. The office staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. In my opinion the prices for maintenance are good. They provide you with complete details of what's been done and what you might need in the near future. They also detail your car before you pick it up. The office and waiting area are spotless. Thank you for the great experience Todd and Matt.

I have been having my service done at Stop N Go since January 2025. I just purchased a new used vehicle and Stop N Go was taking off my all season tires that came with the car and changing to my winter tires. They informed me that even though my previous tires fit the new vehicle, they informed me I needed a different lug nut to keep the tire adhered to the rim. Stop N Go is always safety first. They also brought to my attention that the spray that was used on my rotors and pads at the saftey by another mechanic, was improper and could possibly cause me some concern in the future. I valued there opinion and recommendation. I find Stop N Go to be very honest and efficient. It is great that they offer a ride back home while your vehicle is being worked on and if you need a vehicle due to other commitments, they are more than willing to accomodate you with a vehicle to use during the day. You can't get better customer service like this anywhere!!!

Had a blown tire on the highway and needed an urgent appointment. They took me right away. Set me up with a car to drive to work while they worked on mine. I was kept updated with photos and videos of the repair. Everyone was super kind and very hospitable. They even cleaned my car! If I lived closer this would be my new go to shop for my car.

I felt like a valued and welcomed customer. Todd and the crew at the shop, went above and beyond in not only fixing all the critical things that were found needing repair in my car, but also in throughly explaining exactly what was found and what was needed to make my car safely drivable again.. All costs were reasonable and were explained throughly. Stop and Go went the extra mile and then some. I feel very confident in being able to safely drive my car again. I recently had an oil change done on my 2017 Escape. Todd, Matt and all the mechanics at Stop N Go provide great customer service. They do excellent work and really go the distance to make sure I am truly satisfied. They even wash the vehicle, clean and vacuum my car each time it is in for service. UPDATE: Nothing bad to say just, cannot get over how above and beyond this shop will go for you. Took my truck in for an oil change yesterday and they took amazing car of me. The mechanic, Shane, was incredibly thorough and the fact that I know I can trust that the things they tell me I need are actually needed instead of just trying to make a buck off me is the best part. They will also give me a heads up of things I need in the future so I can financially plan for it. Even the car cleaner is wonderful. He went above and beyond and cleaned the inside of my passenger window because soil oil spray has gotten into the window well and I hadn't had a chance to clean it yet. Thanks so much guys! It's comforting to not have to worry and be able to trust in a world full of worry and distrust! I've been taking my 2019 Suburban and my previous 2009 Silverado to Stop N Go for probably more than 10 years. Shane, Matt and Todd always make sure they take the best care of me. I recently moved 2+ hours away but still take my Suburban to them for my regular maintenance because I trust their knowledge, skill and honesty the most that I couldn't imagine putting my truck in someone elses care. Thanks for always taking care of me and making sure I'm safe, as well as always making me feel like family rather than just a customer!

Always great having the Mechanics at Stop N Go work on our cars. They provide details of their findings and provide honest feedback on what needs to get done and what can be rescheduled to get done. You will leave the car for a repair/service and end up getting the car back better than the way you left it; washed and wiped down.

Had my audi a4 serviced at stop n go recently. Todd provided an accurate quote, service was scheduled and done on time. They washed my car and leave it in perfect condition after the repair. Price is not cheap but fair based on top of the line after market parts. I drove my car after and all feels great. Happy to find a place I can do service for my audi rather than the dealer. Once again do not expect cheap prices but competitive. BTW they provided a bmw loaner which made the experience really convenient Thanks again Todd.

I’m truly so grateful for the team at Stop and Go. The day of a work trip out of town, my brakes started making a strange sound. I went to another shop first, but they told me I’d have to wait several hours, and made me feel like there was no chance I’d get help anywhere else. I left feeling defeated and overwhelmed. Finding Stop and Go was the best decision I could’ve made. They took me in right away, had the work done within a few hours, and even gave me a loaner so I could keep moving through my day. Also cleaned the interior and exterior of my car. Matt and Todd were incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring, exactly what I needed in that moment.
